Because Yoga Vacations encourages small business entrepreneurship, we welcome you to advertise your health, wellness, yoga and yoga-related offering in the Yoga Vacations Marketplace for only a very modest advertising listing fee.

Advertising in the Yoga Vacations Marketplace is a cost effective and more profitable way for you to promote and create awareness for your product or service. Unlike many other yoga sites, we only charge an advertising listing fee but do not charge a percentage or a royalty on your resulting sales.

If you would like to advertise in the Yoga Vacations Marketplace, just follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Complete this application to request your ad start date, the term, and your proposed ad content for review and approval.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a notification and will request payment via PayPal.
  3. Once we receive your payment, we’ll post your ad within 5 working days, or on your requested start date.

Advertising Terms and Conditions

 

General Terms

  1. All advertisements are subject to final approval by the Yoga Vacations staff.
  2. Yoga Vacations reserves the right to either request a modification or to refuse your listing.
  3. Yoga Vacations reserves the right to discontinue an ad – and refund a pro-rata share of payment for advertising -
    if it determines or has reason to believe that the advertisement is a representation, omission or practice
    that is likely to mislead a consumer.
  4. Once your ad is approved, payment must be made in advance via PayPal. We acknowledge receipt of your
    payment and will post your advertisement within 5 working days.

Approval Guidelines

  1. Avoid overt sales language: be objective and descriptive. Advertisements that do not comply will be
    edited.
  2. Ad link URL must direct users to a virus-free website which accurately represents the content of the advertisement.

Ad Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel your ad once we receive your payment and your ad appears in the Yoga Vacations Marketplace, you must advise us in writing and we will be happy to remove your ad from our website. However, if you have paid to advertise for one, three or six months, and you advise us within the first thirty days that your ad appears, your payment for the first month’s fee of $100.00 will not be refunded. If you paid to advertise for three or six months, and you wish to cancel your ad, you will need to advise us in writing at least 15 days before you would like your ad to be removed and we will refund you a pro-rated amount for the remaining months, if applicable, minus the first month’s $100.00 fee plus an additional service and cancellation fee of $50.00.
