Vacation Payment Policy
For all guests attending the Yoga Vacation, an initial payment must be paid upon registration to cover the program fee. The remainder of the vacation costs which include room fee, all room and other applicable taxes and any additional on-site expenses must be paid directly to the hotel. Once you have confirmed your reservation and your initial payment is received for the programming fee, the hotel will be contacting you to receive your deposit to secure your room reservation. Day passes can be purchased on site each day, dependent upon availability.
Vacation Cancellation Policy
A full refund for the initial payment covering the programming fee minus a $100 processing fee is granted for cancellations made up to 8 weeks prior to the startdate of the vacation. Cancellations made between 6 and 8 weeks prior to the start date of the vacation will result in a credit equal to the amount paid for initial payment towards a future vacation, minus a $100 processing fee. No credit or refund of the initial payment will be granted for cancellations made within 6 weeks of the start date of the vacation. Cancellation of the room must be made directly with the hotel and is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

appropriate advice before beginning any new form of exercise. If you are attending a Yoga
Vacation event, you will be asked to sign a waiver prior to attendance. If you are a new student
we strongly recommend that you seek guidance from a qualified teacher. Yoga Vacations will not
accept any liability for any damage resulting from following any of the practices recommended on
this site or any of the advice given through it.
The fact that a teacher is listed on this site, other than those teaching at a Yoga Vacation event,
does not necessarily mean that we recommend them, and we accept no responsibility whatsoever
for anything that might happen to you while attending an event or retreat that is advertised on
this site. However, if you are not happy with a course, an event or a product we have advertised
or are currently advertising, we would be grateful if you could take the time to let us know.
Advertising Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel your ad once we receive your payment and your ad appears in the Yoga Vacations Marketplace, you must advise us in writing and we will be happy to remove your ad from our website. However, if you have paid to advertise for one, three or six months, and you advise us within the first thirty days that your ad appears, your payment for the first month’s fee of $100.00 will not be refunded. If you paid to advertise for three or six months, and you wish to cancel your ad, you will need to advise us in writing at least 15 days before you would like your ad to be removed and we will refund you a pro-rated amount for the remaining months, if applicable, minus the first month’s $100.00 fee plus an additional service and cancellation fee of $50.00.
